I'm researching human alignment and scaling trust — exploring how collective intelligence, embodied ethics, and playful collaboration can support coordination on hard problems.

Right now, I'm running contemplative experiments for AI researchers with Ryan Lowe under Connecting Intelligence.

I also co-created Presence Games with Joseph Ronicke — a meta-game where participants design social architectures together. It's a bottom-up approach to evolving social operating systems that fit the actual body-minds of teams and organizations, cultivating conditions for aliveness and safety.

My background includes physics (BSc Leipzig), years of study with Thomas Hübl on collective trauma and relational practice, and Tibetan meditation with Dustin DiPerna.

When I'm not facilitating, you'll find me playing tennis, jamming music with friends, woodworking, or making neo-soul music with my partner Wiebke in our duo Imbue.
